Ron Bullock, Principal

Ron Bullock is CEO of Fresh Perspectives Consulting where he serves as Principal Mediator, Conflict Engagement Specialist and Livelihood Coach. Ron retired from Texas Utilities (TXU) after 35 years service in 2008.
Ron began his career on the Professional Auditing Staff of Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co (Then- “Big Eight” International Accounting Firm). Ron is a respected Business Leader in many cities across Texas. During his long career with TXU, he served as a Lobbyist in TXU’s Governmental Affairs Department and immediately before that he was Manager of Deregulation Policy for the corporation. Mr. Bullock has been district manager in many of the cities served by TXU, with overall responsibilities for both electric and gas operations.
He is Past President of the Chambers of Commerce in Copperas Cove, Texas, Cleburne, Texas and Wichita Falls, Texas. He served on the Board of Community Directors of Norwest Bank and later Wells Fargo Bank (Wichita Falls, TX.) He is a Past President of the Cleburne Rotary Club and the Copperas Cove United Way. He served on the President’s Advisory Council for Southwestern Adventist College, Keene, Texas and a director to the school of Business at Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas. He was Wichita Falls Citizen of the Year in 2000. Ron also served several years on the Board of Directors of Wichita General Hospital and United Regional Health Care System.
Mr. Bullock is a baccalaureate graduate of Southern University; New Orleans, La. in Accounting. Ron holds a Masters Degree in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation from Abilene Christian University, Abilene, TX. Mr. Bullock completed executive management training at Baylor University, Texas A&M University and the University of Wisconsin.
Ron as a lifelong learner is currently enrolled in the Organizational Leadership Doctoral Program at Abilene Christian University. In his spare time Ron serves as a Chaplain at local hospitals in the Dallas area. He has been married for over 40 years and is the father of one adult son.
